At AIM Photography Studio, we offer a personalized consultation service designed to bring your vision to life with precision and creativity. Whether you need photography, videography, or makeup services, our team works closely with you to understand your objectives, aesthetic preferences, and specific project requirements. What to Expect: During your consultation, we’ll collaborate to discuss: Color concepts, Key photos/footage, Music selection, Styling, locations, and/or Video concepts and storylines. Our team will guide you through the creative process, offering expert advice and recommendations to ensure every aspect of your project aligns with your vision. This tailored approach ensures a seamless production from start to finish. Content Delivery: Once your project is complete, we offer flexible delivery options for your content: USB/Hard Drive, Email, Dropbox, & iCloud/Airdrop Editing Services: We provide professional editing for both photos and videos to enhance the final product: Photo Edits: $2 per photo Services include skin and body retouching, light and color adjustments, special borders, text, and more using Adobe Photoshop 2025. Video Edits: $25 per minute of footage (e.g., 3-minute video = $75) Includes video effects, color corrections, transitions, music, and speech synchronization using Adobe Premiere 2025. Cancellation Policy
The Client May cancel this Agreement at any time prior to the shoot/event. To cancel or reschedule, please contact me by email or social media. There is an additional $50 cancellation fee 24hrs before the booking. Once you have received the digital images, videos, or prints from your package. The service will be fulfilled and non-refundable AIM Photography Studio May cancel at any time prior to this booking. If cancellation is needed, AIM Photography Studio must provide a suitable, replacement photographer, subject to the Client’s approval, which shall be obtained in writing. AIM Photography Studio shall refund all monies previously paid by the Client, including the non-refundable deposit. In the event a suitable replacement photographer is found, AIM Photography Studio shall forward all monies already paid by the Client to the replacement photographer.
